Livestock Services
Herd Health
Regular wellness checkups can help prevent major illnesses and catch up on routine vaccinations, if necessary. We are honored to ensure your herd remains happy and healthy.
Surgery
Several surgeries can be conducted in the field to alleviate some stress for both the animal and the owner. Your herd member will undergo necessary sedation. After the procedure, appropriate antibiotics will be administered for a comfortable recovery. The most common surgeries are castration, mass removals, and hernia repairs.
General Wound Care
We understand that it is stressful when your herd gets injured and you need treatment right away. We are happy to assist with laceration repair and abscess drainage.
Fluid Therapy
Living in Arizona, it is not uncommon to have an animal become dehydrated, especially during the summer months. Dehydration can cause further complications, such as organ failure during extreme circumstances. Call us today if you suspect your herd is dehydrated.
Health Certificate / TB testing
Many states require health certificates to cross state lines, and we are proud to provide paperless health certificates within minutes. During this time, we can also perform a tuberculosis (TB) test, which is required to be performed by an accredited USDA veterinarian.
Goat Disbudding
The best time for disbudding is roughly 4-14 weeks after birth to prevent the horns from growing. During this time frame, there is a great chance that the horns will not grow. Call ahead with plenty of time to ensure the best time!
Hoof trim (pig and goat)
We are proud to provide trimming services for your goats and pigs!
Euthanasia
It’s never easy to say goodbye to the ones you love and have spent so much time with. With compassion and care, we are honored to help your herd member pass to the other side peacefully.
